The Abercorn State School P&C Association meets once a term after school at 3pm. It has a very high participation by interested parents. The P&C actively fundraise money for the school and students through catering for school events, such as The Goodwill Games and Abercorn Christmas Tree, local events and bull sales. These funds go towards reducing the cost of the school camp for all students. They have also published a cookbook called 'Goodwill Gourmet'.
